Moms to be

Prenatal classes & Pain management
Women have been giving birth since the beginning of time... But we believe that it is better to live fully your labor rather than just suffer through it. Be prepared, know what to expect so that you will be confident and find sweet moments to connect with your partner through it all. Involve your partner. Free local prenatal classes are available at your CLSC or online. We also highly recommend pain management classes and rehearsal.

Belly cream
We are actually debating on the subject of belly cream - as each woman react differently. Consensus on this Altitude stretch mark cream but also want to bring forward natural oils, like Coconut oil, Aloe verra, and others.

Reusable toiletries
You will be staying at the hospital at least a couple of nights, so don't forget to pack your toiletries. Including toothbrush and favorite creams and soaps. We like reusable kits like these ones because you can easily fill them with your favorite products and reuse them on vacay. |Amazon| and other vendors

Don't forget your charger! And a battery pack, just in case!
